iPad as an eReader

Personally I find that I'm not using the feature of iBook of iPad beyond that.  This could be due to my reluctance to drop $ 10 + on a book.  I've downloaded some free books, but they tend to surf my favorite Web site instead of reading another few pages from free story of King Arthur.  As someone passionate about iPad, I still catch the bug of eBook.  Until I can check out an eBook from my local library, I don't see the iPad replacing my printed books.

That said, I saw an increase in my access to a Web service called Books 24/7.I am a .NET programmer to my day job, and many technical books can be accessed via this service Publishers like Wrox. and Apress make their books available through this service and I have a healthy back log reading bookmark in my account.

You find that you use your iPad as an eReader less than expected?
